Bring one entity you already argue about internally.
Not a pilot programme and not a questionnaire: one real thing your organization describes two different ways, built into a record whose every value names the sentence, the locator and the date behind it. You read it, and you try to break it.
We reply within two business days.

Access is one narrow opening in a wall you own. The kernel is installed inside your perimeter; what passes through the slot is a record you can read, not your material leaving the building.

Five fields. What you send here is read by the people who would build the record, and answered by email.
What happens next
- You tell us the entity and the sources you fuse. One company, counterparty, supplier, programme or case that two people in your organization already describe differently, and the private, licensed and public material that is supposed to settle it.
- We build the record inside a boundary you control. The kernel runs where your material already sits, with one database for your organization. Which sources may be read, which engines may see them and who may read the result are your policies before the first document is opened.
- You read it and try to break it. Take the values to the person who disputes them. Every one carries the sentence it came from, the locator and the date it was read; anything not found, blocked or not applicable says so, with a reason.
What we will ask you
- Which private sources you hold
- Deal rooms, case files, onboarding packs, supplier questionnaires, expert notes: the material that exists nowhere else and does not leave the building.
- Which licensed feeds you pay for
- Subscriptions whose terms restrict who inside the organization may read them, and whether derived values may be exported at all.
- Which public registers matter in your sector
- The registries, filings and gazettes your people already treat as authoritative, and the ones they have learned not to trust.
- Who is allowed to read what
- The clearance boundaries the record has to respect, so a value a reader may not see is labelled blocked rather than quietly omitted.
What we will not ask you
- To move your data to us
- The kernel is deployed inside your perimeter. There is no upload step and no copy of your material on our side.
- To name your customers
- Describe the sources and the disagreement. Whose file it is has no bearing on whether the record can defend a value.
- To send confidential material in your first message
- Describe the entity and the kinds of source. How evidence is exchanged is agreed in the written scope, after the boundary and reader clearance are understood. No price is published on this site; commercial terms are agreed in writing during scoping.
Budget fit
- Who it is for
- Organizations with a compliance, diligence or research-operations function that already spends on data and review.
- Who it is not for
- Individuals, one-off lookups, or teams looking for a self-serve SaaS seat.
- Commercial terms
- Fixed in the written scope before any work starts. No price is published on this site.
The first step is a written enquiry, not a call, and you can read everything on this site without contacting us. After you write, a scoping conversation and a written scope fix what can be read, by whom and where the work runs, before any evidence is exchanged (see how an engagement works). The demonstration is at /demonstration, and the position paper the product is built on is at /paper.
What comes back
What a first record looks like
Four parts, each of which you can check without taking our word for anything. The figure is a fictional first record built from one company and the sources behind it; a real one differs in the names and the dates, not in what it owes you.
- The entity
- One record for the thing you named, holding the names it has traded under and kept apart from the namesakes it is routinely confused with. Related companies are linked, never folded together, and the identifier does not change when a name does.
- The values
- Each one carrying the sentence it was read from, the locator inside the document, and the date of reading, including the values that merely confirm what you already believed. Where two documents disagreed, the value you are shown names the one it was chosen over.
- The declared negatives
- Everything not found, blocked or not applicable, written down as such with the sources searched, the dates and the reason. This is the part most people have never seen written down, and it is usually the part that changes the conversation.
- The export
- The same record as a file with its chain of custody attached: sources, excerpts, locators and dates, readable by an auditor who has no access to the system and no account on it.
Two of the four values here are negatives. That ratio is normal, and a first record that contains none is usually a record that has stopped looking.
Before you write
Four things you can do without speaking to anybody
None of these is gated, and none of them puts you on a list. If you arrive at the form having read the paper and disagreed with part of it, the first conversation starts somewhere useful.
What we are willing to claim
Two sentences, and the method behind them.
In production use in two sectors.
Deployed inside customer infrastructure, against live private and public sources, under their own policies.
More than six thousand identity decisions made by rule, none since reversed.
Decisions about whether two records describe one real thing, taken by rule rather than by a similarity threshold. The count includes evaluation runs and has not been independently audited.
Those are the only two numbers on this site. How each one is counted, and what would make us withdraw it.
